Gabriela "Gaby" Enriquez is a strategic business advisor, operator, and growth partner with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and stabilizing organizations across the United States and internationally.
As Founder and CEO of Global Edge Partners, she leads a multi-division firm dedicated to aligning people, systems, and revenue so businesses can grow with clarity and control.

Throughout her career, Gaby has contributed to scaling organizations tenfold, launching entities across international markets, and advising companies ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises including Meta, JPMorgan Chase, Hess Corporation, Accenture, and GEICO, among others.
She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and is a certified leadership, career, and women's empowerment coach. She also serves as Vice President of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County, where she actively advocates for women entrepreneurs and business leaders.
A proud daughter of entrepreneurial immigrants and a mother of four, Gaby's leadership is rooted in resilience, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping businesses and the people within them thrive.
